About Paintball

Paintball is a fun and safe sport for groups of all sizes and ages. In the United States there are 0.2 injuries per 100,000 exposures for paintball a year.

That compares to:

  • 3.8 injuries per 100,000 exposures for Tackle Football and Downhill Skiing a year
  • 3.7 injuries per 100,000 exposures for Ice Hockey a year
  • 2.8 injuries per 100,000 exposures for Soccer a year
  • 2.8 injuries per 100,000 exposures for Baseball a year

In fact, paintball has one of the lowest injury rates of any sport in the United States. We provide safety equipment and referees to make sure your paintball outing is as fun and safe as possible.

Paintballs are not made of paint, they are primarily gelatin and vegetable oil, nothing you haven’t eaten before:). Paint will completely wash out of whatever you decide to wear, but we still recommend wearing old, loose fitting clothes. Feel free to wear layers so you can take some off if you get too warm.
